HOW IT WORKS
Extracting oil out of seeds using the cold pressing procedure – whether that is with a manual oil press or automated – is unique in that almost all of the oil’s nutrients and flavour are preserved. With the screw oil presses from OILXPELLER, the seeds are gently pressed without constant abrasion or agitation. This reduces the amount of bitter substances and other undesirable components in the oil. In this way, you can enjoy the health benefits as well as the pure natural flavour of the oil.
1. The oilseeds flow into the press cylinder through the funnel.
2. The rotating screw in the press cylinder gently grinds and presses the seeds.
3. The oil is released and drained through bottom holes.
4. The left-over press cake is seperately discharged at the end.
